B.O.B is creating an industry-first central hub, a landing place for resources, signposting and support. We are calling on beauty, spa, aesthetics and wellness leaders, employers, brands and educators to come together, have their say, and shape the future of our industry collaboratively, openly, and for the first time, as one movement.
The morning runs as five facilitated roundtable discussions on the issues shaping our future: talent and recruitment, education and industry, professional standards, career development, and industry collaboration. Breakfast and networking from 09:00.
Also on the day: the official launch of the B in Beauty campaign, and the signing of the B.O.B Charter. Every attendee signs the board before leaving, and that signature becomes the first piece of B.O.B history.
